We had lived in our home for about 10 years before we instructed Dan and his team to commence improvements and renovations. We wanted to create an open plan living space and to maximise the useable floor area of the property.
This was going to require a major reimagining of the property, requiring wholesale alterations on every floor and therefore we moved out for a tight seven-week spell in order to allow the work to be completed as efficiently as possible.
Dan and his team wasted no time in ripping out the existing stud walls, our staircase and adding structural support in order that one floor could create seamless open-plan living space. Along the way Dan was careful to ensure that the property was put back together as good as new, correcting some historical questionable decisions and ensuring that the finished project was fit to last for many years.
Throughout the process Dan inspired confidence in him and led his team with excellence and liaised regularly with us, fully focussed on delivering the project within budget and a challenging deadline.
