From the moment we first met Dan and his team, we knew our build was in good hands.
From the very start, Dan was always very sympathetic towards getting the right look and feel for our loft extension and ensuring it complimented the existing house rather than dominating it. He spent the necessary time talking through our plans and budget and was happy to make changes to fit both.

During the project, It’s only natural that you get a new idea as your build is taking shape and you see it for the first time. Not once did Dan or the team have the sharp intake of breath! They always listened and were keen to stress that it has to be right for the client and talked through the pros and cons so we could make an informed decision.
During the build, the team is fantastic. They are very professional, polite and respectful of your home. My 2 young boys loved having them around for so many months and were genuinely sad when the build was finished and they could no longer sit in the digger!

Now the build is completed, we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We were struggling with space with a growing family and the addition of 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom has given us the space we need for many years to come.
For anyone considering D J Hensher for your build, we can say that we would wholeheartedly recommend them and will be using them for any future work without any doubts!

New Bedroom
The new bedroom is cosy and calm. The fantastic angles that the ceiling creates help to give a sense of escaping away from the rest of the house.
Bathroom
With a huge modern bathtub, open shower and parquet flooring, this bathroom invites you to take your time as you unwind from the day. The black hardware is a lovely finishing touch.
Dressing Room
A beautiful, spacious room, with plenty of windows to let in the natural light – ideal for getting ready in the mornings!
Landing
With accents of oak wood on the staircase and a luxurious chez longe at the top of the stairs, the landing space is much more than your typical landing!
